To mark the beginning of the new school year, DPTU “Bucim” DOOEL Radovish launched, for the first time, a dedicated initiative for the children of its employees who are starting primary school this year. A total of 14 first-graders received gifts to celebrate their first day of school.
The initiative reflects Bucim’s broader approach to building a workplace where employees are recognized as an essential part of the company’s long-term development. Alongside safety, professional development and continuous improvement of working conditions, this approach also includes initiatives that support well-being, family life and a sense of belonging.
